On page 485 of our textbook is a case study titled "American Tool & Die." Case studies allow us to discuss and propose solutions to problems in a learning environment. To begin this forum, please read the case study carefully and Consider 3 questions at the end of the study. Along with those questions, address other issues such as:
1) what leadership style is needed for this situation, 2) how you would use Kotter’s change model for this scenario, and
3) organizational cultural issues to address. In other words, what would you do, how would you do it, and why would you do it? Please support your thoughts using the textbooks and other sources.
