When discussing subjective and objective morality, De George notes that a person may be considered moral if he acts in accordance with his conscience. Do you agree? What are the limitations of this definition of morality?
In business, how do we make the distinction between bending a rule and breaking it? Should we make the distinction at all? What separates the busy kitchen, where workers might miss a break once in while, from a sweatshop? As managers, must we be morally consistent?
It could be argued that in the workplace is the most diverse place in America. Does a plurality of moral views and principles mean that we will never be able to see eye to eye with our coworkers? Why or why not?
